What is a discovery call? - A discovery call is an opportunity for us to connect and sinus your current challenges and goals in your relationships. During the call, I will ask you some questions to get a better understanding of your needs and help you to see if coaching is a good fit for you. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the coaching process and how I can support you in reaching your goals. How much does it cost? - The discovery call is 100% FREE and it is a no-pressure way to learn more about the coaching process and how it can benefit you. How it works: - Pick a time that fits your schedule for our call - Select between a Zoom meeting or phone call - After booking, you will receive an email containing a intake form to be completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to our call - I will review your intake form and prepare personalized questions for our call surrounding your goals - Before the call, take some time to reflect on your current relationship situation and the specific areas you would like to address. Be prepared to share your thoughts and feelings with me, as well as any questions or concerns you may have. - During the call, it's important to actively listen and engage in the conversation, and to be open to new perspectives and strategies. By taking these steps, you can ensure that you make the most of our time together and make meaningful progress towards your relationship goals
